Job Description
Summer 2026 Feature Development Internship:

Program Dates: June 8 - August 14, 2026
Time Commitment: Full-Time (40 hours per week required)

Responsibilities: “What would you say you do here?”
The goal of the internship will be to gain an appreciation of the development process and how a development department functions within a studio environment.
The intern will work closely with departmental representatives on various tasks, including project research, script coverage, writers lists and competitive tracking.
Qualifications

A cover letter is a crucial part of the submission process for this internship to showcase writing style
Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be willing to work in Glendale, California
Ability to provide own relocation, housing and transportation
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications: “What can I offer?”
Familiar with Google Suite
Photoshop and/or Canva experience is a plus
Hourly Rate: $17.87
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
