In this role, you’ll be the face of our company—delivering packages safely, efficiently, and with a smile. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.

💼 What You’ll Do

Safely operate a company-provided delivery truck

Deliver and pick up packages along a designated route

Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining safety standards

Provide friendly, professional service to customers

Handle packages of varying sizes (you’ll stay active throughout your day!)

Follow all company policies and driving regulations

💰 Compensation & Growth

$160/day during paid training (typically ~3 weeks)

$170+/day after training, with increases based on performance, safety, and reliability

$180–$200/day for drivers with 1+ year of FedEx experience

Opportunity to pick up a 6th day for additional earnings

📅 Schedule

Full-time positions available

Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday)

✅ What We’re Looking For (Required)

Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (e.g., Amazon DSP, UPS, moving companies, etc.)

Must be 21 years or older

Clean driving record for the past 3 years

Able to pass a drug test (including marijuana) and background check

No DUI convictions or felonies

Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs (with a hand truck)

Comfortable getting in and out of the truck 130+ times per day

Dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented

CDL not required
