Seasonal FedEx Pickup & Delivery (P&D) Driver – November 24 to December 26

We're hiring seasonal FedEx Pickup & Delivery (P&D) Drivers to join our team during the busy holiday season! This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Seasonal work runs from November 24 through December 26 , with one week of paid training starting on November 15. Positions are first come, first served , and all candidates must be screened and approved by November 1.

As a P&D Driver, you'll be the face of our company—delivering packages to homes and businesses and picking up shipments with care and efficiency. We're looking for reliable, motivated self-starters who enjoy working independently and take pride in a job well done.

Please note: Weekend availability is mandatory during the seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities
**
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle (e.g., step van or box truck) to deliver and pick up packages along assigned routes.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring packages are handled with care and accuracy.
- Scan and track packages using FedEx-provided handheld devices.
- Provide excellent customer service, including resolving basic delivery inquiries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and FedEx operational standards.
- Complete daily paperwork and logs accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle. **

Qualifications
**
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
- Prior delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
- Comfortable using technology (e.g., scanners, GPS, smartphones).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak season overtime. **
