We’re hiring a senior-level Manager – Federal Financial Management to support a highly visible Department of Defense (DoD) engagement. This leadership role is ideal for a federal finance professional with deep expertise in financial improvement initiatives, audit remediation and complex DoD environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Financial Improvement & Audit Remediation (FIAR) initiatives
• Drive audit readiness and oversee Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Coordinate with IPA auditors and senior government stakeholders
• Strengthen internal controls (OMB A-123) and financial reporting processes
• Oversee data analytics, reconciliations, and automation efforts
• Provide expertise in fixed assets, financial statement audit support, and internal controls
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a dynamic federal environment

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of federal financial management experience (DoD strongly preferred)
• Proven audit remediation and financial statement audit support experience
• Experience with CAPs, UoT validation, ETL processes, and automation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CGFM, CDFM, or PMP preferred
