    Initial organization stage Biotech foundation, located in Pompano Beach, FL, seeks a motivated part-time or full-time Research & Administrative Associate to start immediately. As a Research Analyst, you will work directly with the founder in a South Florida based project targeting fish population enhancement. You will also be responsible for assisting the founder with the administrative management of a private financial portfolio which is the funding source for the foundation. As an associate, you can enjoy the flexibility of 20-40 hours of work per week and have the ability to set your own schedule. Must be: professional, friendly, accurate, detail-oriented, and be able to complete projects on a timely basis. What You'll Do - Conduct sea feeding experiments from Pompano Beach location - Internet research to collect current data on similar research - Communicate with the research team on your progress - Help manage a portfolio of commercial loan assets - Assist founder in various business and foundation projects Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an applied sciences field - Comfortable working closely with senior founder of the organization - Strong attention to detail - Solid computer based research, social and communication skills - Strong organizational skills and Reliability - Willingness to have fun while learning!
