A unique opportunity is open for a Speech Language Pathologist with pediatric feeding experience. This position is ideal for a clinician who is confident working with complex medical cases and is looking to be part of a collaborative, specialized team.
Role Overview
Clinic based in Houston, TX 77040
On-site, with part-time potential to start and opportunity for full-time transition
Caseload of mostly feeding patients, but some other speech/language disorders may be included.
On-site feeding supervision provided, with a team of five feeding therapists at the same location and access to a network of over 20 feeding specialists across the Houston area. Full access to a specialized feeding program is included.

Opportunity to design a schedule that supports both clinical effectiveness and work-life balance
Manageable productivity expectations: only 26 of 40 hours in direct care
Compensation
Bilingual CCC-SLP: $72,000–$85,000/year
Monolingual CF or CCC-SLP: $70,000–$82,000/year

Quarterly performance bonuses available

Position Requirements
Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
Minimum 1 year of pediatric feeding experience with medically complex cases
Willingness to treat a mix of feeding and speech/language caseloads
