Feedme is currently seeking a Marketing and App Design Intern to play an integral role in a company that is shaping the way people consume content online. 

We've developed a product that is revolutionizing the way we consume news and information. Feedme® is a personal Superfeed™ app that gives users control of the news, information, and social media content they see. It brings all their desired content from RSS feeds, social feeds and channels into a unique user experience that is engaging and interactive. In the Feedme® platform, users create their own algorithm by fine-tuning their settings for each source of content, giving them their perfect feed.

The core function of the Marketing and App Design Internship is to support our awesome graphic design team. This is a 12-week internship opportunity with a pay of $12/hour. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Use Sketch to update app layout in multiple devices to match current layout of the app
• Create, update and maintain app user flow
• Promote the network's branding and marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, web design and artwork for career fairs and conferences
• Drive development of new brand and visual identity; promote best practices for brand consistency across all organizational products
• Work with a variety of teams to service growing design needs for the organization as a whole
• Demonstrate flexibility and strong time management skills through workload prioritization
• Other skills to be developed during the internship may include social media marketing, marketing and other needs of the business as they arise

Qualifications:

• Design portfolio
• Classes in graphic design, marketing or basic business
• Attentive to creative detail
• Willingness to learn, grow, and go above and beyond
• Good organizational and file maintenance skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience working with Sketch 
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and conceptual design
• Team player with excellent interpersonal/ collaboration skills
