Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the technical design and development of core platform services
• Collaborate with onsite and offsite development team members
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent development practices are followed

Required Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in .NET development
• Development skills must include C# .NET, REST API, development of web services and environment configuration using PowerShell scripting
• Must have hands-on experience developing large scale distributed multi-tenant systems
• Must have good communication skills, be highly motivated and able to work independently

Desired Experience:

• 2 or more years in Azure Cloud PaaS Services, with experience developing and utilizing a microservice architecture in a large-scale application platform

• Hands-on development experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services using:

  • Azure Storage
  • Function Apps
  • Cosmos DB (Graph API, Table API, SQL [Document] API)
  • Event Grid
  • Event Hub
  • Service Bus
  • API Gateway
  • Azure Active Directory (AD)
  • Azure Search
  • Azure Cognitive Services

• Must have experience in agile development and the use of Git; it is desired that the applicant has CI/CD experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps

• Individuals developing .NET against AWS or Google Cloud Platform will also be considered, depending on experience

• Bachelor's degree is desired
