Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate completion of market preparation and support tasks. Executes market, tradeshow and event preparation with excellence. Supports all aspects of photo and video production from planning, products, support at on and offsite photo shoots, to post-processing. Helps develop and execute social media plan.
Essential Duties include:
Prepares collateral for markets, which includes printing, cutting, packing and labeling boxes, as well as digital uploads to software used by sales reps.
Works with Production Manager to prepare, prioritize and update production schedule to meet digital image needs for catalogs, advertising and other photo/video needs.
Coordinates logistics for all in-house and off-site photoshoots to include researching shoot locations and presenting options, obtaining price quotes, arranging for white glove service, coordinating temporary help to transport rugs, etc.
Works with Product Development to ensure appropriate rugs, bedding or other products are delivered to the studio in accordance with production schedule needs.
Helps develop content copy for posting across Feizy social media channels.
Crops, positions and edits images to achieve highest quality using Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintains accurated and updated digital assets on all platforms.
Helps coordinate upload of website content, including copy, imagery, events, collateral, blogs and press releases.
Distributes collateral to sales reps for any collateral required.
Ensures invoices for marketing expenses are approved, properly coded and processed for payment.
Coordinates food, beverage and other services needed for special events.

WORK SCHEDULE for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
