This may be the job for you!  In this position you will work closely with our product development, sales, marketing and eCommerce and Operations team members to ensure product data is accurately represented and optimized on our vendor partner eCommerce websites, Feizy website, catalogs and other sales materials.

Utilize product information management platform to manage web content including attribute determination, product selection, product build, product upload, visual display and content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the setup and presentation of Feizy Rugs products on Feizy's company website and our partner websites, ensuring naming, photography, descriptions, attributes, colors, sizes and pricing is optimized and consistent and in compliance with vendor partner eCommerce standards, displaying valid, complete and accurate content.
• Develop content for websites using key words to increase the number of clicks and build sales.
• Use our product experience management platform to manage all content and ensure accurate views of product data.
• Coordinate and upload all digital images for Company and eCommerce sites to coincide with sales initiatives and corporate direction.
• Drive and evolve best practices in digital retailing through competitive benchmarking.
• Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.
• Source images and other content.
• Design infographics for websites.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Sales, Marketing and the Operations team to help deliver excellent service and quality products.
• Support Operations and Marketing teams to complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, English, Journalism or a related field
• 4+ years of eCommerce content development
• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role
• Excellent PC skills including strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Products, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Experience in working with a product information management platform (PIM)
• Deep understanding of eCommerce business principles and applications
• Knowledge of HTML
• Knowledge of Search Engines Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• A creative problem solver with excellent analytical skills
• Dependable, logical and consistent
• Ability to identify errors and omissions and formulate a correction/ prevention plan
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative spirit
• Customer-focused mindset

WORK SCHEDULE for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm in a clean and large open workspace, with lots of room for social distancing.
