Job Description

Are you interested in digital retail and eCommerce?  Are you an Excel whiz and love crunching data?   Are you organized, detail-oriented, and like to be appreciated for the quality of your work? This may be the job for you!  In this position you will ensure product data is accurately represented and optimized on our vendor partner eCommerce websites.  You will utilize Excel and our product information management platform to manage web content including attributes, product selection, product build, product upload, visual display, and content.  A customer-first mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and business needs is essential in this role!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup and present Feizy Rugs products on our vendor partner websites, ensuring naming, photography, descriptions, attributes, colors, sizes and pricing is optimized and consistent and in compliance with customer standards, displaying valid, complete, and accurate content.
• Use our product information management platform to manage eCommerce site content and ensure accurate views of product data.
• Coordinate and upload digital images for eCommerce sites to coincide with sales initiatives and corporate direction.
• Review web pages, designs, and features of our content on vendor websites to ensure they are accurate, consistent, visually appealing, and that they reflect an accurate and positive image for Feizy and our customer's brand.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Sales, and Marketing to help deliver excellent service and quality products.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 or more years of experience in uploading and manipulating data for eCommerce sites / digital brand maintenance
• Proven experience in image and content optimization

_TECHNICAL SKILLS _

• Proficiency in using a product information management platform (PIM) such as Salsify or Plytix
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF/THEN statements is required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Skill in writing and editing digital content
• Knowledge of Smartsheets is a plus!

KNOWLEDGE

• Understanding of eCommerce business principles and applications
• Web standards, content management systems, web/Google analytics and web publishing tools
• Digital Asset Management
• Knowledge of Search Engines Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Marketing, communications and customer service principles

WORK SCHEDULE for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
