Albuquerque Cat Clinic is proud to be New Mexico's only feline-exclusive veterinary practice, providing exceptional medicine in a calm, cat-friendly environment. We're seeking a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician who shares our passion for outstanding feline care and compassionate client service.

A diploma in Veterinary Technology and current licensure (required)
A minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as an RVT (required)
AAFP Cat Friendly and/or Fear Free certification and handling techniques (required)
Ability to perform dental prophylaxis, anesthesia monitoring, and pain management with precision
Proficiency in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and digital radiography
Knowledge of DEA and OSHA compliance standards and protocols
Proficiency maintaining electronic medical records using practice management software, Covetrus Pulse
Ability to provide compassionate, kind, and professional client service and education
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care
· Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted, and to stand or remain seated for extended periods of time
