• Sous Chef

Compensation:

• $50-65K salary based on experience
• Signing bonus

Expertise sought:

• 2 years previous Sous Chef experience in a high volume upscale casual restaurant
• Good knife handling skills
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Staff training & motivation
• Managing 5-10 people
