Fello is a rapidly growing and fast-paced Tech Rental company providing products and services to thousands of repeat clients nationwide. We are expanding our Tech Support service and are now accepting applications for a Customer Service Specialist.

Fello’s corporate HQ and distribution center is located in Butler, NJ.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Eager hard-working candidates that are ready to grow with the company! This job involves heavy customer interaction by phone and email. This candidate needs to be extremely professional, organized, punctual, self-motivated, and self-sufficient.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Tech Support Representative, you will provide superb general support, troubleshooting, and status updates through various communication channels.
Work directly with customers to process reshipments as needed and arrange scheduled pickups for returning rentals.
Manage stressful situations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide operational assistance to the Fello team.
Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Impeccable writing and grammar
Strong organizational skills
Comfortable with using Google Docs and Google Drive
Comfortable on the phone for long periods of time
Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
Outgoing, friendly personality
Confident and self-assured
Ability to learn new products and implement new services
Ability to see the big picture and a desire to grow with us towards those goals
Typing speed of 40 words per minute
Experience taking incoming sales calls is a plus
Proven history of customer support is preferred

The Customer Support Representative position is a full time Monday-Friday position, that requires at least 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
