Fellow is looking for a ECOMMERCE PRODUCT MANAGER to join our fast-growing team in San Francisco to help grow our online sales channel: fellowproducts.com.
Fellow is a product design company rooted in specialty coffee that focuses on enhancing and simplifying the brewing process and experience. We began as a Kickstarter campaign in 2013, opened our flagship store in 2017 in San Franciscos Mission District, and are now a team of more than 50 in the US and 10 in China. We are a supportive team that continually tries to push and inspire each other to create products that people love to use and show off.

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where no goal is too intimidating when theres a great team and product portfolio behind it!
Day-to-day the role involves any of:
Responsibilities
Lead projects that will affect AOV, conversion and other key eCommerce customer experience metrics and exceed sales targets
Plan, prioritize, A/B test and implement optimization projects, tracking and measuring their effectiveness
Optimize the customer journeys to convert browsers into repeat buyers using strategies like SEO, customer empathy mapping, buying-centric content and others
Enable inventory to be available for consumers to purchase, ass
Work with cross-functional teams to develop channel and campaign programming
Create and track major eCommerce store metrics and KPIs, building reports to give cross functional and senior management visibility into digital performance and regularly express insights and next steps
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and introduce new ones
