    Precision Strategies is now accepting applications for rising seniors and recent graduates for our fellowship program. This is an exciting opportunity to join either our Washington, D.C. or New York offices and learn about how a dynamic agency works. Our fellowship is a paid program and requires fellows to commit to 40 hours a week.

    We are currently working in a hybrid model and staff are required to work 50% of the time in office. For rising seniors, the fellowship will run from May 18 - August 7, 2026. For those that have graduated the fellowship will run from May 18 - December 18, 2026.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Creating designs in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) And/Or: Canva, Figma
    • Deck Design, Data Viz + Infographics: Supporting client teams across Precision to help bring Google Slides presentations to life through design thinking.
    • Providing support to our team on a variety of clients ranging from companies, causes, and campaigns.
    • Demonstrates curiosity and fresh thinking in creative execution. Experiments with ideas and visuals to support the team's direction. Willingly explores multiple creative approaches based on guidance.
    • Clearly and confidently communicates ideas and feedback in small settings. Practices active listening and adapts based on input.
    • Understands branding, layout, typography, editing standards and emerging trends. Participate in client meetings and brainstorms.
    • Gain understanding of the PR profession and agency life through structured training programs and on the job training.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Basic or advanced technical proficiency: Google Suite, Adobe Suite
    • A strong interest in growing their creative chops.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • High attention to detail.
    • The ability to work collaboratively on a team
    • Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.

    The Precision Fellowship pays $18.50/hr without a degree and $22/hr for those with a degree.

    We are currently working in a hybrid model and staff are required to work 50% of the time in office.
