Quality, Growth, & Innovation (QGI) is a department aimed at empowering missionary disciples to fulfill the Great Commission by evaluating program quality, motivating continuous improvement, and making insights accessible to leaders. In its analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, QGI identifies areas of success and needed improvement to aid in the organization’s development.

The QGI Intern will serve as a jack of all trades within the department. They will help develop the user experience surrounding Acts as well as provide valuable data wrangling/cleaning. In addition, they will statistically analyze data to answer meaningful questions that impact other departments. These analyses stem from survey assessment data, Acts data, and other sources.

COMPENSATION: Quality, Growth, and Innovation (QGI) interns will be asked to fundraise $4,000 by May 1, 2022, and will receive an additional $1,200 stipend from FOCUS upon achievement of fundraising goal. They will receive weekly fundraise coaching from a FOCUS staff member from the time of hire until the fundraising goal is met.

HOURS: Interns at the DSC are expected to work 40 hours/week from May 31, 2022 -- July 29,2022.
