The Creative Designer is responsible for creating and managing a communications system which ensures a consistent experience across multiple touch points: - Websites - Promotions - Social Media - Design - Video Specific Duties may include: Graphic design for message series and marketing - Graphic designs for series as needed - Flyers for upcoming events (Create and/or approve) - Inhouse mailings (postcards and/or flyers) - Skilled in using Canva and Adobe Illustrator Ministry Communication - brochures and digital communication - Help develop and maintain a communications strategy and plan that provides support and empowers people within church. - On campus visual communication - Announcement slides and hallway communication Video Creation - Worship, Ministries, and Marketing - Photos of VBS, camps, and ministry events - Create follow-up and ministry videos using photos - Skilled in using Adobe Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush Sunday morning production, technical troubleshooting, and social media monitoring/chat Livestream - Create Event and monitor for quality and troubleshooting Maintain Church website and keep up to date Maintain Church app Oversee social media strategy and plan. (Churchwide and Ministry specific upcoming events) Create Bulletin weekly Create Weekly Announcement email Develop, communicate, and implement a digital strategy for all FOR ministries Create marketing/communications plans Carry out the day-to-day tasks of facilitating communications/marketing Coordinate with other ministries ensuring mission accomplishment Must demonstrate ministry driven fiscal responsibility with the budget Maintain the system for file keeping of projects for archival purposes This position would work closely with the Senior Pastor and the Worship Pastor
