    **** Highlights of the position:

    • **Assists in operations of multiple machines.
      **

    • **Performs basic troubleshooting activities to ensure product quality.
      **

    • **Changes machine tooling due to wear.
      **

    • **Loads and unloads machines or containers with raw, work in process, or formed material.
      **

    • **Performs visual and part inspection using basic measuring devices to ensure quality of part.
      **

    • **Produces parts at an achievable rate to ensure efficiency.
      **

    Qualifications:

    • **1-3 years of job-related experience.
      **

    • **Good mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve simple machine failures to ensure machines continue to operate.
      **

    • **Ability to assist with setups and changeovers.
      **

    • **Ability to learn how to use simple quality devices such as gauges and calipers.
      **

    • **Basic computer skills to enter quality measurements and daily production numbers.
      **

    • **Basic mathematical skills.
      **
