The Opportunity:
Felux is a b2b marketplace for the steel industry, backed by some of the top venture capitalists in the world.
As a founding Logistics Account Executive, you will be one of the most important hires at this stage of the business. As the first Account Executive, you will be fundamental in building out and selling new opportunities to grow our freight and logistics business within Felux.
Felux has been one of the fastest growing b2b marketplace companies and as we build out Felux Logistics - a crucial division of the company - you will work closely with both co-founders of the business who are multi-time startup founders and execs and have a wealth of experience in building successful companies.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Assist in growing revenue by generating qualified leads with shippers, contacting dormant accounts and managing a book of business.
- Facilitate the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing business, including adding new business and building additional business with current customers
- Learn to leverage sales technology and processes to supercharge your prospecting
- Keeping a high standard and building a winning culture
- Drive top-line and bottom line growth with our customer base
- Confidently problem solve an issue proactively and communicate with customers
- Engage with senior level stakeholders
- Work closely with the Felux product team to help innovate platform solutions for logistics
- Working with ops to manage daily shipments, resolving issues, to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
- Negotiate price with shippers and carriers
Requirements
What you will need to succeed at Felux:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- High energy and a drive to sell
- The want to work at an early stage companies where you will have the ability to learn and grow rapidly
- Comfortable with facing big challenges and tackling them head on
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Working in the industry previously is a big +
- Strong negotiation skills
- An obsession for great service
