Location: Millersville, MD (21108) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5 Hours/Day (25 Hours/Week)

Overview We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Female Caregiver to provide one-on-one personal care for a client in Millersville. This position is available immediately, and we are looking to hire someone ASAP.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a consistent weekday schedule and is comfortable working in a home with a friendly dog.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.

Transportation: Drive the client to appointments, errands, or local outings.

Companion Care: Provide engaging social interaction and light household support.

Pet Friendly: Must be comfortable around the client's dog.

Requirements

Gender Requirement: Female only (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification for personal care privacy).

Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Reliability: Ability to commit to the Monday–Friday schedule consistently.

Background: Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.

Prepare meals and assist with feeding.

Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.

Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.

Provide transportation for appointments and activities.

Perform light housekeeping and laundry.

Remind clients to take medication.

Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Qualifications

Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus.

State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport)

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
