Sawtooth Wood Products is hiring Fence Crew Members to join our team building high-quality residential and commercial fences throughout the Wood River Valley. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in building quality projects. Experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, concrete, or carpentry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. This is steady, hands-on work with opportunities to grow into leadership positions within the company. Responsibilities: • Build wood, metal, and custom fences • Set posts, pour concrete, and install fence materials • Load and unload tools and materials • Operate hand tools and power tools safely • Assist with layout, measuring, and site preparation • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Work efficiently with crew members and crew leaders • Follow safety procedures and company standards • Represent Sawtooth Wood Products professionally on job sites Qualifications: • Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred • Fence installation experience is a plus but not required • Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred • Strong work ethic and ability to work physically throughout the day • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented • Ability to follow directions and learn quickly Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
