We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fence Installer with experience working with wood, vinyl, and chain link fencing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on installation experience, their own tools, and reliable transportation. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Measure, mark, and layout fence lines accurately according to project specifications.

Install wood, vinyl, and chain link fences, including gates and hardware, ensuring proper alignment and stability.

Dig post holes and set posts securely with concrete.

Operate power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and effectively.

Remove old fencing when required and prepare sites for installation.

Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.

Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding project requirements and progress.

Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience installing wood, vinyl, and chain link fences.

Must provide own tools required for fence installation.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Ability to read and follow project plans, measurements, and instructions.

Physically capable of lifting, digging, carrying materials, and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a crew.
