Salary: Up to $45K annually DOE + bonus and incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Fencing Installer to join our team in Saint Charles, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of fencing and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install fencing according to specifications and customer requirements
• Operate company-provided truck and trailer for transportation of materials and equipment
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their fencing needs
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fencing installation
• Ability to work independently without management or leadership responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to handle manual labor and outdoor work
