Residential Fencing Sales Representative St. Charles, MO

Stand Strong Fencing is growing, and we’re looking to add a motivated Sales Representative to our team! This position focuses primarily on residential fencing sales and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and controlling their own income potential.

Position Details

Part-time or Full-time opportunity

Commission-only compensation

Earn 7% of total revenue on sold projects

Company vehicle provided

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to discuss fencing needs

Provide estimates and recommend solutions

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Follow up on leads and close sales

Represent the company professionally in the community

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Sales experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
