    We are actively hiring for our AT&T Authorized Sales Associate team as we prepare to launch a new location next month.

    DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Representing the AT&T and DirecTV brands (cellular mobility services + home and business WIFI and television)
    • Providing award-winning customer service
    • Communicate with customers on the sales floor to qualify their needs
    • Handle account management and service upgrades
    • Increasing brand awareness - staying up to date on new products and promotions
    • Providing interactive presentations and accurate pricing quotes
