    Customer Account Sales Representatives form an integral part of our retail division; they are highly sociable, draw energy from working with other people, and are optimistic and outgoing. The entry-level Customer Account Sales Representative is responsible for increasing customer acquisition and managing account upgrades for existing customers. They handle top brands and products that everyone knows and uses. We take pride in our ability to train our Customer Account Sales Representatives team members; our goal is to train them to a leadership capacity within our organization and help them build genuine relationships with customers on the sales floor and other team members.  (This position is entry-level; we provide hands-on paid training). Responsibilities: • Set individual sales targets with the sales team • Work on sales scripts with Agents • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting • Drive sales and manage all new and existing customer accounts for client's top brands • He/she also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by completing and implementing the training provided • Is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well Compensation may vary depending on experience and performance (We offer a base hourly pay and opportunity for uncapped commissions).  Qualifications: • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role or sales is preferred (but not required) • Proven experience in customer relationship management • Team leadership ability • Full-time availability (weekends and evenings) Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000
