    Job Description

    The Ferla Bikes company is looking for a high-performing Sales Representative / Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting inbound leads into clients (make calls and zoom-calls, send emails, in-person sales)
    • Manage the sales process in Hubspot, set sequences and automation
    • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
    • Prepare and send estimates, invoices, collect payments in Quickbooks
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the CEO

     

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    • At least 2+ years of experience in sales
    • Experience in the B2B & B2C as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and analyzing sales data
    • Experience in the Cycling Industry (BIG PLUS)
    • Experience in managing and developing a team
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
    • Proven ability to position products against competitors
    • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
    • Talented in negotiation, relationship-building, and marketing
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work tight deadlines
    • Willingness to work in a startup with a fast-paced environment
    • Highly resourceful and analytical
    • High potential to grow with the company
    • Highly Experienced with CRM, HubSpot Preferred
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent

     

    Thanks to your Millennial Mindset, if you are proficient with iOS Basic Softwares, CRM (HubSpot), Quickbooks, PowerPoint or Keynote, Social Media, Photography, and all other technical skills in addition to your sales experience, you will be a perfect candidate.
