    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are looking for a Digital Marketer to take full responsibility for our inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs, emails, and lead generation via multiple online sources as well as maintaining up-to-date content on our websites.

    Our ideal candidate is a passionate digital marketer, preferably with a writing background. For this position, it’s essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • CONTENT STRATEGY & WRITING: design content strategy for the company's online presence, brand awareness, and lead generation; write content for social media, websites, media, etc.
    • EMAIL MARKETING (via Hubspot, Mailchimp): create and send newsletters, grow emails lists, analyze newsletters, create automated series of newsletters;
    • SMM (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest): set and implement a content strategy that will lead to subscribers growth as well as leads and sales increase; create and publish the photo, video, and text content (be able to edit photos and videos, have an eye for social media posts design and trends); collaborate with the influencers; respond to the subscribers' comments and DM;
    • WEBSITES (on Shopify and WordPress): edit the content, publish blog posts, analyze traffic (Google Analytics) and suggest improvements to increase sales, work with the designers and developers to improve websites' indicators (conversion rate, etc.)
    • REVIEWS: communicate with the customers to collect reviews on Facebook, Google, Yelp, and our websites; monitor and react to new reviews and company mention;
    • ADS: place listings on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, and other sources; analyze efficiency;
    • OUTBOUND MARKETING: search for the potential clients' contacts, create PDF presentations to make an offer to them, reach them to gain interest in our bikes.

    SKILLS:

    • Proven work experience as a Content marketing manager;
    • Hands-on experience with Web traffic metrics;
    • Expertise and significant results in social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest);
    • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
    • TOOLS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Mailchimp, Hubspot, Shopify CMS, WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Forms), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, any video editor, Facebook Marketplace and eBay listings.

    EDUCATION:

    BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field is preferable.
