    POSITION TITLE: Client Services Manager

    LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

    TRAVEL: 10-15%

    SALARIED POSITION

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Client Services Manager will manage and assist other account managers with corporate clients and trade shows coming to the various IMC campuses (primarily AmericaMart in Atlanta). They will be responsible for preparing events, from gathering equipment and labor needs to organizing graphics and display needs. Additionally, the Client Services Manager is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service at all levels, including; show organizers and exhibitors. The Client Services Manager is also a primary contact for the AmericasMart Atlanta and responsible for maintaining a high-level relationship with venue personnel.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    CLIENT INTERACTION & COMMUNICATION

    · Manage the client ordering process, including special requests and unique offerings

    · Lead and oversee customer service initiatives in achieving the goals and timelines outlined for an event.

    LABOR MANAGEMENT

    · Work with the operations manager in identifying and assigning the proper customer service staffing needed for an event.

    OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

    · Work with operations manager to identify equipment needed for an event.

    · Enter and maintain job tickets and client requests.

    FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Work with incoming clients to write quotes, work tickets, and invoices.

    · Ability to create financial documents, budgets, and forecasts

    · Oversee labor onsite and actively work to reduce and maximize labor expenses while still effectively completing an event.

    EXTERNAL ROLE

    · Attend venue and client meetings as requested.

    · Assist in qualifying sales leads.

    · Serve as the face of the company within the local community and industry.

    IDEAL CANDIDATES’ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    · Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

    · Experience in trade shows, live events, or related industry preferred

    · Two plus years experience in operations or customer service

    · Strong client relationship and service delivery experience

    · Excellent written and presentation skills

    · Proficiency with MS Office
