Job Description
PURPOSE:
The Digital Sales Coordinator will be responsible to help increase efficiency for our sales teams. Working directly with our VP of Sales and our operations departments, your main focus is to provide best-in-class internal customer support, presentations, and documents for our business development professionals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Google Business Suite, PandaDoc (or a similar contract creation platform). This role requires an understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics as well as a passion to provide superior customer service. Strong technical and communication skills and a proactive approach to all tasks are a must. This is an in-office role, but hybrid is negotiable for the right candidate.
KEY FUNCTIONAL AREA OR RESPONSIBILITY:
A SALES ENABLEMENT AND MULTI TASKING MINDSET: Creating digital strategy proposals, presentations, contracts, and other various documents to aid in the sales process. Also may include collaborating with other departments and our operations team to create additional training materials or work on additional tasks as assigned/ needed.
STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS: The right candidate will have extensive experience working in Google Slides and the Google Business Suite. You should be confident in your proposal creation skills and have strong attention to detail.
A PASSION FOR DIGITAL MARKETING: Showcase a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics and how to present those clearly to potential clients.
A DESIRE TO CONTINUALLY LEARN: Proactively keep a pulse on the latest trends, offerings, and products in the digital marketing industry and the platforms you will work on.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2+ years in digital marketing and a sales support role desired
1-2 years of digital marketing experience preferred
An understanding of programmatic advertising, SEM, SEO, social media, and web design is a most
Knowledge of PandaDoc or similar contract platform is a plus
Strong technical presentation and communication skills
Organized and detailed
Love of delivering a great customer experience
Experience working closely with a sales team
An eye for design is desired but not required
