This role is responsible for the manufacturing of pre-fabricated electrical panels. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Ability to use all pre-fabrication tools including pipe benders, hand drills, pipe threader
    • Performs fabrication and panel builds according to the order form, prints, or schematic of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
    • Build electrical rough-ins, switchgear, and wiring assemblies
    • Read and interpret electrical design prints and/or schematics
    • Cleans and maintains job site and tools
    • Consistently follows workplace safety procedures and participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions
    • Immediately identifies, corrects, and/or reports any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner
    • Works as a member of a cohesive team and helps coach and mentor less experienced staff
    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

     KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • A High School Diploma or GED
    • 1 or more years of electrical or mechanical work experience
    • Strong organization skills and know-how to maintain equipment and tools
    • Possess good math and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Detail-oriented
    • Excellent manual dexterity
    • Must be able to do basic wiring
    • Self-starter who works with a sense of urgency, keeping safety, quality, and deadlines in mind
    • Mechanically inclined
    • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and maneuver in restricted/challenging spacing
