This role is responsible for the manufacturing of pre-fabricated electrical panels. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assists in the execution and completion of pre-fabricated electrical and mechanical projects for internal and external customers
• Performs fabrication and panel builds according to the order form, prints, or schematic of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.  Wire electrical boxes, conduit bends, and outlet boxes as well as light assembly duties
• Build electrical rough-ins, switchgear, and wiring assemblies
• Read and interpret electrical design prints and/or schematics
• Cleans and maintains job site and tools
• Consistently follows workplace safety procedures and participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions
• Immediately identifies, corrects, and/or reports any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner
• Works as a member of a cohesive team and helps coach and mentor less experienced staff
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

 KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1 or more years of electrical or mechanical work experience
• Must have basic electrical knowledge and be able to do basic wiring
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, crimpers, and pipe bender; able to read a tape measure
• Self-starter who works with a sense of urgency, keeping safety, quality, and deadlines in mind
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and maneuver in restricted/challenging spacing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent manual dexterity
