Looking for full & part time workers. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, some holidays, mornings and/or evenings.
Qualifications-High School or equivalent -Restaurant experience: 1 year-Night shift (preferred)Responsibilities-Completes prep work and cleaning duties before, during and after shifts.-Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping, and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
-Prepare food safely, efficiently and in a timely manner
-Knowledgeable of our food & beverage menu.
-Performs duties delegated by manager or supervisors.
-Ability to communicate team members and managers.
-Ability to stand and/or walk throughout shifts, and for long periods of times.Skills-Proven experience as a line cook-Experience using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware-Knowledge of various cooking procedures (grilling, frying, boiling etc.)-Ability to follow all sanitation procedures-Ability to work in a team environment-Very good communication skills
