Fiamma Pizza and Fiamma Burger are searching for a marketing specialist to join our team.

Position Summary: Fiamma’s Marketing Specialist reports to the operations manager to develop and deliver digital content for social media channels, maintain website content, design environmental assets, and execute a monthly marketing email program.

This is a full time, on-site position located in Bellingham, Washington.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Maintain a unified brand voice and implementation across all channels with direction from the leadership team

Create and maintain editorial calendar and scheduling for content

Establish goals for content channels and report results toward goals

Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments

Responsible for original content, including photography and video

Develop, maintain, and track budget

Key Competencies

Passion for content and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools

High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask

Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work closely and cooperatively with others

Ability to work independently

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field

3-5 years experience with marketing and content development

Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Later)

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus

Graphic design experience

Experience or willingness to learn large format printing and bindery techniques

Essential Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods of time

Bend and stoop to grasp objects. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat
