Fiamma Burger and Fiamma Pizza are looking for an experienced "Swiss army knife" to maintain our three commercial spaces. The perfect candidate has experience in basic electrical, machines, HVAC/refrigeration, plumbing, and carpentry/paint. This position manages a small cleaning crew. This is a perfect fit for someone who likes to use a variety of different skills and wants out of the daily grind of the trades.

Responsibilities:

Oversee or preform all maintenance of businesses and buildings

Manage a small cleaning crew

Manage an inventory of parts

Keep and use a general maintence schedule and log

Qualifications:

Attention to detail

Ability to source information or service locally or online

Basic communication - phone, text, email

Must be a team player

Ability to multitask and delegate efficiently

Ability to work with with a diverse staff of restaurant managers and ownership

This position is a full time job. Pay is hourly with a range of $32-$37 DOE. Benefits include company sponsored health insurance, cell phone stipend, paid vacation, paid sick leave and amazing discounts at both restaurants.
