Overview: We are actively seeking experienced and reliable subcontractor crews for ongoing fiber optic construction projects. We have immediate opportunities for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) crews and Fiber Drop Installation crews. Consistent work is available for qualified teams with the right equipment and experience.

Scopes of Work:

Fiber Drop Crews:

Install aerial and underground fiber drops to residential and commercial locations

Perform trenching, boring (where needed), and hand digging

Place conduit, pull fiber, and complete basic terminations (if applicable)

Restore work areas to project specifications

Requirements:

Must have prior experience in fiber optic or underground utility construction

Drop crews must have necessary tools, trenchers, or small bore equipment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must carry required insurance (General Liability, Workers’ Comp)

Strong commitment to safety and quality
