Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: 10255 Archer Drive, Brownsburg, IN 46112 FLSA Status: Hourly / Non-Exempt Reports to: Plant Manager Base pay rate: $32.00/hr. + Overtime

Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the production line is operational by performing preventative and recovery maintenance to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Actively monitor the assigned production line areas to ensure they are operating as required  Work on multiple types of equipment including mechanical, electrical, PLC, and others  Troubleshoot equipment issues using technical manuals, schematics, and other sources  Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to minimize downtime with preventative and recovery maintenance  Create and maintain documentation and user guides to support the production and engineering teams on maintenance requirements for equipment  Support the training of production and engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot and/or address basic maintenance  Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:  Troubleshoot equipment using root cause analysis techniques  Interpret and translate engineering designs and documentation  Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Must be willing to work weekends and rotating shifts to support troubleshooting and implementing solutions in collaboration with production and engineering  Demonstrated can-do, will-do approach  Ability to work independently and with initiative

Education and Experience:  High school diploma or equivalent required  Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demands:  Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time  Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced  Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required for safety  Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
