    OSP Supervisor – Fiber Construction

Lead the crews. Build the network. Grow your career.

    About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on OSP Supervisor to help lead fiber construction crews in the field.

Whether you already have experience or are looking to grow into a leadership role, this is an opportunity to build real-world skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

You’ll help keep jobs moving, ensure safety, and support crews in delivering quality work — and we’ll provide training to help you succeed and grow.

    What You’ll Do

Help supervise drilling, fiber placement, and restoration work

Set daily goals and help track production progress

Assist with verifying locates, depths, bore logs, and job quality

Work alongside inspectors, utilities, and city teams

Support crews by solving problems and keeping work on track

Take photos, complete reports, and provide daily updates

Promote safety and hold crews to high standards

    What You Need

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to lead or step into a leadership role

Comfortable working outdoors in a field environment

    Good communication and organization skills

No prior OSP experience? No problem — if you’re motivated and ready to learn, we’ll train you.

    Nice to Have (Not Required)

    Any construction or utility experience

    HDD (directional drilling) exposure

Familiarity with locates or job site safety

OSHA certification (or willingness to get it — we can help)

What the Job Is Really Like

    Early mornings and active days

    Field-first — not a desk job

    Hands-on problem solving

    Real responsibility and growth opportunities

Fast-paced work where you can see results daily

    Why People Choose This Role

You’re not stuck inside — you’re out in the field, leading crews, building critical infrastructure, and developing skills that can turn into a long-term career.

We invest in our people and give you the tools, training, and support to grow.
