Our culture is rooted in servant leadership, accountability, and doing the right thing every time.

What You'll Do Design & Drafting:

Translate field and desktop-derived data into accurate CAD and GIS deliverables, including fiber layouts, splice schematics, and pathway profiles.

Generate accurate conduit, fiber, handhole, vault, and restoration quantities to support estimating and procurement.

Identify unique site conditions that may require additional permitting or property acquisition.

Obtain and review existing records, maps, photos, and utility documentation to support design development.

Analyze locates, existing utilities, and civil plans to avoid conflicts and adjust routes around gas, water, sewer, storm, and electric infrastructure.

Apply practical knowledge of environmental constraints, right-of-way requirements, traffic control, and safe construction practices to ensure designs are compliant and buildable.

    Field Work:

Conduct field walks to observe existing conditions, collect measurements, and document infrastructure.

Coordinate field findings with design requirements to produce constructible, code-compliant fiber OSP plans.

    Team Collaboration:

Partner with project managers, environmental specialists, and engineers to move projects from kickoff through closeout.

Maintain clear, professional communication with both clients and internal teams.

    Permitting

Easement, ROW, and permitting experience is a plus and may become a larger part of the role over time.
