We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

Qualifications

Valid drivers license

Being on feet all day

Being able to lift up to 50 pounds

Able to climb a 26ft ladder

Must be able to pass a drug test

Fiber optic experience required

Work conditions

You will be in the field everyday dealing with all weather conditions.

Job expectations/tasks

Monday through Friday, hours can be slightly flexible due to nature of some work but 7:30-4:00 is your everyday expected

Some nights will be required for special projects

Up to 6 weeks of on call a year.

Be able to work alone and problem solve as well as with a team

Operate a bucket truck and trailer in a safe and responsible manner

Follow proper safety standards set by company and OSHA

Prep, splice and build fiber optic cable networks

perform OTDR and light verification testing

Build and splice muxes

Some coax splicing may be expected

Performs jobs in a timely manner

Troubleshoot problems while on site

Install Fiber inside a building including coring building and running through customer ceilings

Pay

Hourly

40 hours expected with some overtime usually if it's desired
