We are currently looking for highly motivated Outside Sales Representative(s) to support our growing sales team in the DFW area.     Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Bilingual - Spanish Encouraged to Apply )

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Follow-up with generated leads from multiple sources.
    • Prospect, initiate, and qualify self-generated leads.
    • Accurately bid products for customers while offering the best customer service.
    • Run office leads given from the dispatch department.
    • Set, meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Negotiate contracts in attempt to offer the best possible price for customers.
    • Serve as a liaison between customers and the corporate office to ensure quality customer communication and expectations.
    • Develop business relationships with past, current, and potential customers to reach prospective customers.
    • Resolve customer questions and/or concerns while informing customers on the process of order e.g. install date and finance inquiries.
    • Adhere to Company standard demonstration.
    • Attend all required training/development meetings.
    • Report all appointment results to the Dispatch Department in accordance to Company Policy.
    • Execute and retain training methods and protocols.
    • Perform any other assigned duties.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Valid TX driver license.
    • Reliable vehicle/mode of transportation.
    • Self-starter.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields is helpful but not requirement.
