    We’re looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, specializing in the loan and distribution process. Retirement Plans can allow for distributions while still working, including but not limited to hardship distributions as well as allowing for loans to be taken. Distributions can be applied for, upon an employee’s termination as well.

     

    The main responsibilities include:

    ·         Log into email and recordkeepers a few times each day gathering all the applications since the last time checked.

    ·         Confirm the information to see if the applied for distribution/loan is allowed; check vesting; check whether participant is terminated or active, depending on the type of distribution requested

    ·         Carefully follow written instructions

    ·         Provide service to other team members as needed and time allows

     

    This position is a growth position – the hope would be for this individual to grow within the company as their knowledge and experience increases.

     

    Qualified Candidates will have:

    ·         High school diploma or equivalent;

    ·         Two or more years of Customer Service experience;

    ·         Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including active listening;

    ·         Strong attention to detail, with superior analytical skills;

    ·         Ability to handle frequent interruptions;

    ·         Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software; and

    ·         A keen sense of humor!
