Keedian (formerly Tutenlabs) is transforming how buildings operate — combining technology implementation, AI-powered optimization, and managed services to help multi-site organizations cut costs, reduce emissions, and move from reactive fixes to predictive performance.

Our vision is clear: a future where buildings run autonomously, so our clients can focus on what matters most.

Location: United States (priority for candidates based in California, Texas, or Georgia)
Travel: Frequent travel across the U.S. required.

    What this role is about

    • Customer Success
    • Vendors and subcontractors

    • Troubleshoot and repair BAS/DDC systems across client sites
    • Support commissioning, deployments, upgrades, and system integrations
    • Diagnose HVAC controls, communication, and performance issues
    • Support BAS programming and configuration activities
    • Coordinate field execution with vendors and project teams
    • Serve as a technical point of contact for clients
    • Document field activities, system changes, and resolutions
    • Identify operational risks and system improvement opportunities

    Requirements

We are looking for a strong technical profile with real field execution experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in BAS, HVAC controls, EMS, or related environments
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • troubleshooting
      • commissioning

      • DDC controls
      • BAS architectures
      • system diagnostics
    • Ability to read electrical diagrams and control schematics
    • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
    • Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving environments
    • Strong ownership mindset and execution focus
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.
