    Our client is redefining the EV charging experience by providing cutting-edge solutions for forward-thinking enterprises. Combining hardware and software expertise with a deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS, they offer an end-to-end EV charging platform tailored to meet the needs of diverse businesses. They’ve recently established a number of significant contracts with large real estate management companies, and are now seeking a Field Account Executive to bring multifamily sites on board. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with experience selling into the multifamily industry, a go-getter attitude, and the desire to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

    This is an in-person role based in the Northwestern United States (Portland is ideal, but candidates anywhere in this region will be considered).

    Responsibilities:

    - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to deal closure, with a strong focus on acquiring new business
    - Identify and target multifamily properties, conducting cold outreach and in-person visits to property owners, managers, and decision-makers
    - Present compelling sales pitches (articulating ROI, incentives, and long-term benefits) for EV charger installation, tailored to each property’s unique needs
    - Engage with prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to position the company’s hardware and software solutions
    - Collaborate with internal teams to move prospects through the sales lifecycle all the way through charger installation
    - Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of pipeline activity
    - Report weekly on performance metrics and market feedback
    - Build and maintain a strong technical understanding of the company’s offerings through dedicated training
    - Stay up-to-date on EV trends, local and federal incentives, utility rebate programs, and regulatory developments impacting multifamily and adjacent segments

    Qualifications:
    - 3-6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in field sales
    - Deep experience selling into the multifamily industry
    - Strong background in face-to-face sales, ideally selling into the multifamily real estate or property management industry
    - Comfortable with local and regional travel around the Northwest
    - Self-starter mentality with a hunter’s drive and entrepreneurial mindset
    - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    - Familiarity with CRM and mobile productivity tools
    - Passion for the company’s mission and desire to learn more about the world of EVs and related infrastructure
    - Ability to juggle competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Compensation: Targeting a base compensation of $75-$90k (depending on experience) with significant potential commission
