Responsibilities: • Actively sell community solar and third-party energy solutions through direct interactions with customers in designated territories. • Manage and grow your portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they understand the benefits of our green energy solutions. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and recommendations. • Identify and close new business opportunities by upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing accounts. • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. • Educate customers on the benefits of switching to sustainable energy options to help them save on energy costs. • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Qualifications: • Must have a proven history of achieving sales targets and a dedication to fostering customer relationships. • Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the value of our services and engaging with clients. • A self-motivated individual driven to surpass sales objectives and proactively manage client accounts. • Devoted to providing exceptional service and establishing enduring client connections. • Preferred background includes at least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates. • Strong enthusiasm for advocating sustainable energy solutions that benefit both customers and the environment. Compensation: $75,000 yearly
