    Role summary

Be the executive technical face of Firefly Foundry for Media & Entertainment. You’ll partner with studio, streaming, network, sports, and gaming executives (CIO, CCO, CMO, CTO, Head of Post) to reinvent content pipelines with Firefly - taking initiatives from pilot to global rollout - using Firefly, Creative Cloud, and more importantly, groundbreaking new Foundry workflows and technologies.

    What you’ll do

Own architecture for strategic M&E accounts: define target architectures for high-scale asset generation (key art, AV promos, trailers/teasers, localizations, episodic marketing), set go/no-go criteria, and chair C-suite design reviews.

Codify reference patterns: creative workflow blueprints for prompt/evaluation pipelines, variant generation at scale, approvals, and cost/performance guardrails - including end-to-end propagation of content and distribution.

Unblock the hardest problems: lead spikes for brand/style constraints, visual fidelity, latency/throughput for campaign bursts, multilingual quality, and watermarking/attribution.

Integrate the stack: design integrations across Creative Cloud apps (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Substance 3D, Frame.io), Firefly APIs/Services, Workfront, and enterprise DAM/MAM; ensure a single source of truth from presales to delivery.

Partner ecosystem: co-create blueprints with customers; validate partner delivery against Firefly Foundry standards.

Executive storytelling: run C-suite workshops, publish POVs on content authenticity and responsible GenAI, and keynote customer forums and industry events.

    • **Value & outcomes: ** translate creative and business priorities into measurable ROI/TCO and success metrics; influence expansions.

    What you’ll bring

    Must-have

    • 12+ years architecting and shipping large-scale platforms or content/ML systems; 3+ years leading enterprise GenAI/AI programs.

    • Deep understanding of M&E production and marketing workflows (campaign bursts, trailer/versioning, localization, approvals, deliverables).

    • Proficiency in GenAI solution patterns: prompt design & evaluation, guardrails, observability/measurement, vectorized retrieval or style constraints where relevant, and cost governance.

    • Hands-on with at least one major cloud, Python/TypeScript, and modern data/AI tooling; ability to read code and guide design trade-offs.

    • Executive presence with studio leadership; exceptional written artifacts (1-pagers, decision records, reference designs).

    • Track record leading cross-functional pods (Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Security/Privacy, Legal) from pilot to production.

    Nice-to-have

    • Background in broadcast/OTT, sports, gaming, or live events; familiarity with post-production pipelines and marketing tech stacks.

    • Prior Field CTO/Field Engineering leadership or consulting partner experience.

    • Expansions driven by reference patterns, and executive satisfaction (C-suite CSAT).

    Collaboration

Partner daily with Firefly Foundry Engagement Managers, Solutions Architecture, Forward Deployed Engineering and Scientist, Product (Firefly/Express/Photoshop/Premiere/After Effects/Frame.io), Customer Success, Security/Privacy/Legal, and Partner/Alliances teams.

    Work setup

Travel: 25% to 40% for exec workshops, studio/post visits, and key industry events.

    Hybrid/Remote: flexible.
