  • Responsibilities

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Leadership:

    • Foster an environment where the FCS team feels respected and can pursue their careers with passion.
    • Build company loyalty and offer the FCS team their own leadership - “we got your back.”
    • Demonstrate effective change leadership as we address the evolving service model.
    • Field based position: lead through field rides, one on ones, and group meetings
    • Perform administrative duties such as expense management and inventory control.
    • Talent Management
    • Ensure clinical competency of the FCS team.
    • Provide advanced clinical support when needed.
    • Work with RSD to recruit and hire new team members.
    • Provide ongoing performance feedback and annual reviews.
    • Align FCS team with sales messaging.
    • Develop future leaders and salespeople.

      Service Model Evolution:

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase service efficiencies.
    • Partner with sales team to coordinate service efforts.
    • Focus on technological solutions to service requirements.
    • Lead collaborative efforts with customers to reduce service needs.
    • Optimize clinical headcount utilization.

      Sales Partnership:

    • A close partnership with the RSD is essential.
    • Collaborate on FCS role in sales messaging.
    • Collaborate on recruitment/optimization.
    • Discuss Sales Rep/FSC teamwork issues.
    • Collaborate on medical education events.

      FCM Candidate Traits:

    • Must demonstrate positive servant leader traits.
    • Able to provide outstanding clinical support.
    • Must be highly organized.
    • Outstanding work ethic required.
    • Needs to accept this is a customer facing field-based position.
    • Great clinical trainer, public speaker
    • Sales rep or FCS – must have field experience.
    • FCM will not be on call and will not provide regular clinical service.
    • Will not carry inventory.
