Field Collections Account Manager
Woodville Rentals – Serving Three Ohio Locations
Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Position Overview
Woodville Rentals is seeking a dedicated Field Collections Account Manager to oversee delinquent rental accounts across our three Ohio locations. This position focuses primarily on collections and revenue recovery — not traditional in-store sales.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, traveling between locations, and conducting both phone and in-person collections, including customer home visits when necessary.
This is a high-accountability role focused on protecting company assets and improving store performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and actively collect on past-due rental accounts across three store locations
Conduct outbound collection calls daily
Perform in-person and door-to-door collection visits
Negotiate payment arrangements and secure commitments
Document all account activity accurately and consistently
Communicate regularly with store leadership regarding account status
Assist in reducing delinquency percentages and charge-offs
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
Willingness to travel between store locations and customer residences
Prior collections, rent-to-own, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently
