We are currently looking for a Field Service Specialist with electrical/mechanical systems equipment installation experience

Job Description:

Responsible for Special Machine installation and/or equipment repairs on Site at client's Facilities throughout MetroDetroit Troubleshoot/Debug, test, and start-up installed equipment, and provide directions to customer technicians/operators

Order machine, Electrical/Mechanical components when required, and ensure proper replacement.

Assist clients remotely over the phone and povideing technical support when required

Requirements:

Previous Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving manufacturing equipment or automation in person or based on customer-provided technical description

Basic knowledge of PLC/HMI programming (A-B or Other Systems), ability to modify and edit PLC logic desired Ability to read and interpret mechanical /electrical prints, including wire diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical Systems layouts.

Willingness to travel to client facilities, mostly in Metro Detroit

Excellent communication, work with customers in a professional Manner, and manage time.

Ability to work independently. Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules and shifts.
